2GO hosts the BEACON Expo 2026 exhibitors’ and contractors’ briefing.
2GO is set to serve as the official logistics partner of around 300 maritime businesses participating in BEACON Expo 2026, using an integrated system designed to streamline event logistics, permits, and venue coordination.
The initiative uses 2GO-SMX Events Logistics, a centralized permit and logistics facilitation system established by 2GO Group, SMX Convention Center, Central Business Park (CBP), and SM Estates.
The system provides exhibitors and contractors with a single point of coordination for transporting exhibit materials, securing permits, and managing ingress, event operations, and pull-out activities.
As the official event forwarder for the maritime trade exhibition, 2GO recently hosted an exhibitors’ briefing with the Maritime League of the Philippines, exhibitors, contractors, venue managers, and logistics teams to align requirements, procedures, and timelines ahead of the event.
Through the integrated framework, 2GO facilitates permit applications, coordinates endorsements with SM Estates, processes submissions with CBP, and provides logistics support throughout the event cycle.
The approach is designed to reduce administrative work and improve coordination among exhibitors, contractors, venue operators, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with venue and estate requirements.
BEACON Expo & Conference 2026, themed “Empowering Maritime Excellence: Advancing a Sustainable Blue Economy,” is expected to bring together maritime industry leaders, regulators, suppliers, and businesses from across the Philippines.
According to Faye Alonzo, Business Unit Head of 2GO Forwarding, the centralized coordination model allows exhibitors to focus on presenting their products and engaging with customers while 2GO manages key logistics and permit requirements.
