Boomi and ServiceNow have expanded their strategic partnership to strengthen enterprise data activation and AI-driven workflow automation for businesses operating in the emerging agentic AI era.
The collaboration integrates Boomi’s data activation and integration capabilities with ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, enabling organizations to connect enterprise systems and access real-time data more efficiently across workflows and AI agents.

As part of the partnership, Boomi will become a launch partner for the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network Passport Program, allowing customers to deploy Boomi’s integration services directly within the ServiceNow AI Platform.
The enhanced integration aims to help businesses unify fragmented data environments by connecting systems outside of ServiceNow, synchronizing trusted master data through Boomi Data Hub, and enabling ServiceNow Zero Copy capabilities for hybrid and legacy systems.
According to ServiceNow, the partnership is designed to simplify multi-system integration while reducing the cost and complexity of activating enterprise data for AI-powered workflows.
One customer already leveraging the combined solution is Lightedge, which used Boomi and ServiceNow to modernize its CRM and integration infrastructure. The company consolidated multiple legacy integration tools into a single AI-powered platform to improve agility, streamline workflows, and support AI-first CRM initiatives.
ServiceNow’s Vice President of Data & Analytics Product Ecosystem, Pramod Mahadevan, said the collaboration addresses growing enterprise demand for seamless connectivity and trusted data access across business systems. Meanwhile, Boomi Chairman and CEO Steve Lucas emphasized that effective AI adoption depends on how organizations activate and govern data across their operations.
The expanded partnership underscores the growing importance of enterprise integration platforms as businesses accelerate AI adoption and automation strategies.
