HUAWEI is strengthening its education technology portfolio with the latest HUAWEI MatePad Family, offering AI-powered, PC-like tablets designed to help students manage coursework, collaboration, and creative projects throughout the new school year.
The lineup includes the HUAWEI MatePad Pro, HUAWEI MatePad 12 X 2026, HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 S 2026, and HUAWEI MatePad 11.5, all featuring a 4-in-1 productivity setup that combines a tablet, Smart Magnetic Keyboard, Bluetooth mouse, and HUAWEI M-Pencil.
At the core of the devices is HUAWEI’s AI-powered productivity suite, headlined by PC-Level WPS Office 3.0. Built-in AI features include Smart Create for generating documents from prompts, AI Summarize for condensing lengthy reading materials, AI Sheet Assistant for spreadsheet automation, and Generate Slides from Docs for quickly turning reports into presentations.
The tablets also support widely used productivity and learning platforms such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Grammarly, Jupyter, Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, enabling students to write reports, attend online classes, collaborate on group projects, and manage academic work from a single device.
To improve the digital learning experience, the MatePad Family features HUAWEI’s PaperMatte Display, designed to reduce glare while providing a paper-like writing and reading experience for note-taking, annotation, and creative work.
Beyond hardware, HUAWEI has launched its Campus Ambassadors Program across universities in Metro Manila, encouraging students to demonstrate how the MatePad supports real-world academic and campus activities. The company will also conduct campus roadshows featuring hands-on product demonstrations and productivity workshops.
As part of its back-to-school campaign, HUAWEI is offering student-exclusive bundle promotions that include the HUAWEI M-Pencil, Smart Keyboard, mouse, PC-Level WPS Office, and a one-year WPS AI Membership with eligible MatePad purchases.
HUAWEI also introduced the MatePad Mini, an 8.8-inch PaperMatte tablet designed for portability, alongside the HUAWEI nova Y74, a smartphone featuring a 6,620mAh battery, 40W SuperCharge Turbo, AI Smart Control, and enhanced durability for students and mobile users.
The new devices reinforce HUAWEI’s focus on integrating artificial intelligence and productivity tools into education, providing students with all-in-one digital workspaces that support learning, collaboration, and creativity.
