The collaboration brings together PhilFirst’s long-standing underwriting experience and ProTech’s AI-driven insurance operating platform to deliver seamless digital services, including online policy enrollment, policy management, automated administration, real-time customer support, and faster claims processing.
By integrating AI into the insurance journey, the partnership enables retailers, lenders, digital platforms, and traditional distribution channels to embed insurance directly into their customer experiences.
