Representatives of Shell Companies in the Philippines — Ryl Joseph Misalucha, RE Workplace Services Lead PH; Archie Arceno, RE Manager Manila; and Ramel Bibal, Health Advisor for Operational Excellence — attend the 13th Annual Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards Banquet held in Macao, China, where the company was recognized for its excellence in innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives.

Shell Pilipinas Corporation has been recognized at the Asian Management Excellence Awards 2026 and the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards for its advancements in digital transformation, sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and employee-focused innovation.

A key highlight is the company’s “Be Well” program, which earned Shell Pilipinas Philippines Employee Engagement of the Year and Health and Wellness Initiative of the Year in the oil and gas category. The initiative combines structured engagement activities with digital and community-based wellness programs designed to support employees’ physical, mental, and social well-being across nationwide operations.

At the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, Shell Pilipinas secured 10 wins, including three Gold Stevies, for initiatives spanning investor relations modernization, e-commerce expansion, and sustainability-driven business transformation. Among the top awards were IR Transformation: Democratizing Investor Access in a Micro-Cap Market, Shell’s 5x2y digital commerce growth strategy, and Project PASA, which applies circular economy principles by repurposing end-of-use office assets.

The company also received recognition for its digital engagement platforms, including the Shell Advantage Rewards App, influencer-led marketing campaigns, and enterprise development initiatives such as Shell LiveWire. Additional honors were given to Plasticycle, a sustainability-focused project under Shell Lubricants Philippines, and integrated stakeholder engagement programs.

Shell Pilipinas said the recognitions reflect its continued push to integrate digital tools, data-driven strategies, and sustainability frameworks into its operations to improve efficiency and stakeholder value.

The awards underscore how energy companies are increasingly leveraging digital transformation and technology-enabled solutions to modernize operations while advancing environmental and social goals in the Philippines.
