2GO has partnered with SMX Convention Center, Central Business Park (CBP), and SM Estates to launch the 2GO-SMX Events Logistics, a centralized permit and logistics facilitation system for events at the SMX Convention Center and Mall of Asia Complex.
Formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding, the initiative introduces a one-stop service model that consolidates permit processing and logistics coordination for exhibitors, organizers, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Under the partnership, 2GO will facilitate permit applications, coordinate endorsements with SM Estates, process submissions with CBP, and provide end-to-end logistics support covering the delivery and movement of exhibit materials and event equipment during ingress, event operations, and pull-out activities.
The centralized system is designed to simplify coordination, reduce administrative workload and minimize delays by providing a single point of contact for permit facilitation and logistics services.

The collaboration reflects the growing use of integrated digital and operational systems to streamline logistics workflows, improve coordination and support more efficient event operations.
CBP remains the sole authority responsible for regulating permits, vehicle access and fees, while the partnership enables closer coordination among the participating organizations.
