Shell Pilipinas Corporation and the Yanson Group of Bus Companies have renewed their fuel supply agreement for the second half of 2026, continuing a partnership supporting bus operations across the Visayas and Mindanao.
Through Shell Fleet Solutions, Shell will provide fuel and mobility support to Yanson Group companies, with services designed to help transport operators manage fleets, improve operational efficiency and maintain business continuity.
The renewed agreement also provides an opportunity for both companies to explore developments in transport technology and mobility solutions that could shape the Philippine public transportation sector.
During discussions, Yanson Group Chief Operating Officer Dr. Hernan B. Omecillo shared observations on transport technologies and mobility solutions being adopted in other markets and their potential influence on the local industry.
Michael Ramolete, Vice President and General Manager for Mobility & Convenience of Shell Pilipinas, outlined Shell’s efforts to strengthen its mobility offerings in response to the evolving needs of transport operators and customers.
Shell Fleet Solutions provides fleet operators with fuel supply, a nationwide network and fleet management support aimed at streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
The partnership comes as transport operators increasingly explore technology-enabled mobility and fleet management solutions to support reliable and efficient public transportation.
