AdSpark has formalized a commercial partnership with Netopia AI to integrate Predikta, an AI-powered behavioral intelligence platform, into its marketing and client analytics capabilities.
The partnership follows an initial engagement through 917Ventures’ Velocity program, which allowed the companies to test Predikta using actual marketing use cases before moving toward broader commercial adoption.
Predikta uses artificial intelligence and Filipino audience data to simulate how specific audience groups may respond to different creative concepts, messaging, and marketing strategies before campaigns launch. The platform aims to help marketers gain deeper behavioral insights and evaluate campaign approaches during the planning stage.
Manny Fernando, CEO of AdSpark, said Predikta adds a behavioral perspective to the agency’s existing capabilities in data, creative development, media, and technology, helping its teams better understand Filipino audiences when developing client campaigns.
Vince Yamat, CEO and managing director of 917Ventures, said the Velocity program connects promising startups with Globe’s business ecosystem, allowing them to test solutions against real business needs and pursue commercial opportunities.
The agreement highlights how AI-powered behavioral simulation can support marketing decisions by providing additional insights into audience preferences before campaigns go live. It also demonstrates the role of startup-to-enterprise partnerships in bringing emerging AI technologies into established business operations.
