Appistoki and Novare Technologies have launched a Salesforce Data and AI Center of Excellence (CoE) in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, aimed at helping Philippine enterprises adopt agentic AI for business operations and customer engagement.

The CoE will serve as a joint innovation hub where the companies will develop and demonstrate applications built around Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360. The facility will host customer briefings, live demonstrations, workshops, and collaborative sessions focused on practical AI implementation.

Agentic AI targets enterprise use cases

The innovation center will demonstrate how organizations can unify business data and deploy AI agents to automate workflows, improve customer engagement, and deliver more connected digital experiences.

The CoE will initially focus on the real estate sector, showcasing use cases including intelligent lead engagement, personalized property recommendations, and AI-assisted customer support.

The focus comes as the Philippine real estate industry continues to expand. The sector accounts for more than 5% of the country’s GDP and grew 6.8% year over year in the first quarter of 2026, according to data cited by the companies.

Appistoki CEO Abhijeet Kulkarni said the facility was created to give organizations a hands-on environment for experiencing AI applications and understanding how agentic AI can transform customer engagement.

Moving AI from pilots to production

The initiative reflects a broader shift among enterprises from experimenting with AI toward deploying AI systems that can deliver measurable business outcomes.

Appistoki and Salesforce have previously worked on AI and data initiatives across industries including real estate, banking, and telecommunications. Ayala Land CIO Roscoe M. Pineda said Appistoki has helped the property developer build on its Salesforce investment by using AI on top of its existing data infrastructure.

Appistoki has also invested in Salesforce-focused capabilities, including industry accelerators, certifications, experience demonstrations, and engineering resources. The company is part of Salesforce’s Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network, which supports customers in moving from AI concepts to production-ready agentic AI deployments.

The company was named ASEAN Partner of the Year for the second consecutive year and In-Country Excellence Partner of the Year in the Philippines at the Salesforce Partner of the Year Awards in May 2026.
