Canon has launched four new imageFORCE multifunction device (MFD) series—the imageFORCE C3100, C3026, 4100 and 4000—completing its lineup for businesses ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large organizations.
Designed for modern hybrid workplaces, the new MFDs combine printing, scanning and document management with technologies focused on security, reliability, sustainability and connectivity.
AI helps detect issues before downtime
One of the key technology features is AI-assisted maintenance, which can detect potential issues early to help reduce downtime and keep business operations running efficiently.
The devices also use Canon’s D² Exposure Technology to deliver consistent document quality, while advanced security features are designed to protect devices, networks and sensitive business information.
For hybrid work environments, the imageFORCE series supports secure printing, scanning and document access across cloud platforms, enabling employees to collaborate across locations.
Canon is also incorporating sustainability features, including the use of up to 30% recycled plastics and energy-saving technologies to reduce environmental impact.
The launch follows Canon’s recognition by Keypoint Intelligence with the BLI 2026 A3 Line of the Year Award for the 13th consecutive year, highlighting the performance and ease of use of its A3 MFD portfolio.
