Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is accelerating its nationwide expansion strategy with the opening of new business centers in Bohol and Palawan, aimed at improving customer support access and strengthening digital connectivity in key island markets across the Philippines.

The company, in partnership with managed services provider J Fiber Internet Services, has launched an upgraded business center at Lite Port Center in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. The facility is expected to serve more than 100,000 residents across the city and nearby municipalities, supporting both household and business connectivity needs.

Converge SVP and Consumer Business Group Officer-in-Charge John Paul Aguilar said the expansion reflects the company’s commitment to extending reliable internet access to underserved communities, in line with its mission of inclusive digital development.

J Fiber CEO Jonathan Uy emphasized that improved connectivity in Bohol will support key sectors such as tourism and business process outsourcing, while opening more economic opportunities for local communities.

In addition, Converge has strengthened its footprint in northern Palawan with a new business center in Roxas, Palawan, operated through Optimus Fiber Solutions Inc. The hub is positioned to serve approximately 70,000 residents and support the region’s growing tourism-driven economy.

The new business centers offer services including bill payments, technical support, subscription upgrades, and customer onboarding, serving as direct touchpoints between Converge and its subscribers. The company said these facilities are critical to improving service efficiency, especially in emerging provincial markets.

The expansion is part of Converge’s broader nationwide rollout, which included at least 17 new business centers in 2025 alone, focusing on high-growth and underserved areas.

Converge also highlighted its continued industry leadership, citing independent analysis from Ookla that recognized it as the fastest internet service provider in the Philippines for the second half of 2025, based on speed, reliability, and video performance metrics. The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) also reaffirmed its position as a top broadband provider, citing strong network performance as of December 2025.

The latest developments underscore Converge’s ongoing push to enhance digital infrastructure and customer service accessibility across the country.
