EastWest is marking its 32nd anniversary with a technology-focused savings promotion that gives qualified clients the chance to receive premium Apple and Samsung gadgets when they place eligible fresh funds in participating EastWest savings or checking accounts.
The EastWest Hot Deals Gadgets Promo runs until September 4, 2026, at EastWest stores nationwide. Clients can choose from participating devices including the iPhone 17 Pro Max, MacBook Neo, iPad Air M4, Apple Watch Ultra 3, Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, and AirPods Max 2, subject to the promo’s requirements.
Savings linked to technology rewards
Under the promotion, new and existing EastWest individual and business clients can enroll by visiting an EastWest store and placing the required fresh funds for their selected gadget.
Clients can choose holding periods of 180, 270, or 360 days, with the required placement amount varying according to the gadget and holding period. Qualified clients may also receive more than one reward if they meet the corresponding requirements for each device.
EastWest defines fresh funds as money that does not come from existing EastWest or EastWest Rural Bank accounts or products. All participation and gadget redemption are subject to the bank’s validation and promo mechanics.
“As we mark EastWest’s 32nd year, we want to give clients rewards that are meaningful and useful in their daily lives,” said Ivy Uy, EastWest executive vice president and head of branch banking group.
Uy said technology has become an important part of how people work, communicate and manage their daily routines, making gadgets a practical complement to the bank’s savings-focused promotion.
Established in 1994, EastWest opened its first branch on August 1 of that year. The latest promotion combines financial planning with technology rewards as the bank celebrates more than three decades of operations.
