TP in the Philippines has earned its ninth consecutive Great Place to Work® Certification, highlighting the company’s continued investment in people, digital transformation and AI capabilities as it marks 30 years of operations in the country.
The global digital business services provider now employs approximately 60,000 people across 29 sites nationwide, supporting the Philippines’ position as a major hub for digitally integrated business services.
AI and people shape the future of work
TP said its latest workplace recognition comes as the IT-BPM industry undergoes rapid technological change, particularly with the growing adoption of artificial intelligence.
“Receiving our ninth consecutive Great Place to Work certification, as TP celebrates its 30th year in the Philippines, is a testament to the work culture we have intentionally built over the past three decades,” said Rahul Jolly, chief executive officer of TP in the Philippines.
Jolly said the company remains focused on giving employees opportunities to learn, innovate, grow and lead while ensuring they can thrive alongside technology.
TP is also developing employees’ AI skills through TP.ai FAB, a program designed to provide practical AI capabilities that can help workers improve efficiency and deliver greater value in technology-enabled workplaces.

TP Group CEO Jorge Amar said the future of work will increasingly involve collaboration between people and AI, making high-trust workplaces and employee development increasingly important.
The company is also supporting inclusion and career development through programs including TP Women, TP Pride, TP Harmony and TP Legacy.
Having established Philippine operations in 1996, TP is entering its fourth decade in the country with plans to continue investing in AI, technology, talent development and innovation while expanding opportunities for Filipino workers.

A moment of pride and celebration as TP in the Philippines marks 30 years of empowering people, driving innovation, and delivering excellence in the country’s digital business services industry.
