Epson is positioning the WorkForce Enterprise WF-C21000 A3 multifunction printer for busy workplaces that need high-volume printing with fewer interruptions, combining fast output, high-yield ink and built-in document finishing.
The printer delivers speeds of up to 100 images per minute (ipm) for both single-sided and double-sided printing, helping offices process large reports, contracts and other documents more quickly.
Designed for fewer interruptions
The WF-C21000 uses high-yield ink cartridges capable of printing up to 100,000 pages in black and 50,000 pages in color, reducing the frequency of ink replacement during large printing workloads.
It also incorporates Epson’s Heat-Free Technology, which does not require heat during the ink ejection process. This enables printing to start without a warm-up period while using less power than laser printing technology and requiring fewer replacement parts.
For offices handling documents from printing to distribution, the multifunction printer also supports stapling, hole punching and booklet printing, allowing finishing tasks to be handled within the same system.

The WF-C21000 is aimed at high-output office environments where printing speed, capacity and operational efficiency can directly affect daily workflows.
