foodpanda Philippines has provided more than PHP 62 million in support incentives for its Ka-panda delivery partners between March and May 2026 through its nationwide add-on incentive quest program.
Under the Ka-panda Motorcycle Quest initiative, riders across Metro Manila and provincial areas earned additional payouts by completing delivery milestones throughout the day. The program was designed with minimal requirements, allowing riders to participate simply by reaching target delivery numbers while continuing their regular operations.
According to foodpanda Philippines, approximately 95 percent of active riders participated in and completed the incentive quests, highlighting strong engagement across the platform’s delivery network.
Ron Sanders, Rider Experience Lead at foodpanda Philippines, said the company also continues to offer weekly quests that reward riders for meeting delivery targets while maintaining platform metrics such as attendance and acceptance rates.
The company noted that the initiative is part of its broader effort to provide flexible earning opportunities for riders amid evolving market conditions.
In addition to the incentive quests, foodpanda recently launched its nationwide Double-Tipping campaign during Labor Day, where customers generated over PHP 1.2 million in in-app tips for riders. The platform matched the amount peso-for-peso, resulting in a total of PHP 2.4 million in rider payouts.
These programs fall under foodpanda’s Panda-Malasakit Project, which focuses on rider support, community-driven initiatives, and sustainable earning opportunities within the platform ecosystem.
