foodpanda executives and merchant partners raise a toast to years of collaboration and shared growth at CRAVE 2026, celebrating partnerships that continue to strengthen and shape the local food ecosystem.

foodpanda Philippines wrapped up its nationwide CRAVE Partner Summit and Awards 2026 in Manila, bringing together merchants and industry leaders to discuss how digital technology, consumer insights, and strategic partnerships can help local food businesses adapt and grow.

The Manila summit followed earlier stops in Cebu and Davao, with discussions focusing on challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including rising costs and digital adoption. Representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) E-Commerce Bureau emphasized digital skills and market access as important tools for businesses seeking to scale.

For foodpanda, technology plays a key role in connecting merchants with customers while providing tools designed to support business operations and growth.

“Growth looks different for every business, and our goal is to help our merchant partners grow with foodpanda at every stage,” said Prateek Teotia, Director of Commercial at foodpanda Philippines. “Through technology, insights, market access, and stronger partnerships, we want to give businesses more opportunities to reach customers, strengthen operations, and build for the future.”

Digital tools beyond food delivery

foodpanda continues to expand support for its merchant ecosystem through data insights, delivery infrastructure, digital advertising solutions, and collateral-free funding through foodpanda Capital.

The platform’s quick-commerce network was also recognized during the summit, with awards covering merchants and partners across Shops, DMart, and Retail Media Partners (RMP).

The awards recognized performance in areas including sales, business growth, marketing collaboration, operational reliability, customer ratings, advertising effectiveness, and ecosystem engagement.

As digital adoption becomes increasingly important for MSMEs, foodpanda said it remains focused on demand generation, customer experience, and logistics excellence to strengthen the digital food ecosystem and help local businesses build more resilient operations.

CRAVE 2026’s Luzon leg brought together foodpanda’s merchant partners across business segments—from emerging vendors to established and major brands—for an evening of shared milestones, recognition, and continued collaboration.
