The Ford Territory Hybrid has emerged as the best-selling small utility hybrid vehicle in the Philippines, based on the latest data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) covering January to May 2026.
The hybrid SUV recorded 2,226 units sold in the first five months of 2026, outperforming its nearest competitor by more than 500 units, according to official CAMPI figures. The strong performance builds on its momentum since launching in August 2025, when it quickly surpassed 1,000 units in just over three months and ended its debut year with 1,645 units sold.
Ford Philippines attributed the sustained demand to growing customer acceptance of electrified mobility in the country.
“The remarkable sales performance of the Ford Territory Hybrid is a clear testament to how deeply this nameplate resonates with Filipino customers who are ready to embrace electrified mobility,” said Pedro Simoes, managing director of Ford Philippines. “To see the Territory Hybrid emerge as the best-selling small utility hybrid vehicle in the market in such a short period of time is both incredibly rewarding and a powerful validation of our electrification strategy.”
The Territory Hybrid is a full hybrid SUV powered by a 1.5L dedicated hybrid engine paired with an electric motor system, delivering up to 19.6 km/L fuel economy and a range of up to 1,000 kilometers per tank. It also posted a higher fuel efficiency rating of 23.71 km/L in a Department of Energy fuel eco-run test.
Designed for urban and highway driving, the model supports multiple driving modes—Eco, Normal, and Sport—along with adjustable steering settings for a more customized driving experience. Its hybrid system enables smooth transitions between electric and gasoline power, improved torque delivery, and lower emissions.
Ford Philippines said the model combines fuel efficiency with smart technology and everyday usability while maintaining the familiar driving experience of its SUV lineup.
The company also highlighted its after-sales ecosystem, including mobile service, online booking, and pick-up and delivery options, as part of its customer support strategy.
Pricing for the Territory Hybrid starts at ₱1,399,000, with promotional offers available for select variants this month through authorized Ford dealerships nationwide.
