The Ford Territory Hybrid has emerged as the best-selling hybrid vehicle in the Philippines, according to the latest sales data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) covering January to May 2026.

Ford sold 2,226 units of the Territory Hybrid during the first five months of the year, outperforming all other hybrid models in the local market and leading the segment by more than 500 units over its nearest competitor.

The strong performance follows the vehicle’s successful launch in August 2025. The hybrid SUV surpassed 1,000 units sold within its first three months and closed 2025 with 1,645 units sold, maintaining its momentum into 2026.

Powered by a 1.5-liter dedicated hybrid engine paired with an electric motor and lithium-ion battery, the Territory Hybrid is designed to deliver improved fuel efficiency and everyday practicality. Ford says the vehicle achieves a fuel economy rating of 19.6 km/L and can travel up to 1,000 kilometers on a full tank. In the 2025 Department of Energy Fuel Eco-Run, the model recorded an efficiency rating of 23.71 km/L.

The hybrid system automatically switches between electric and gasoline power through multiple operating modes, helping improve efficiency in urban driving conditions while maintaining responsive performance. Drivers can also choose between Eco, Normal, and Sport driving modes, along with customizable steering settings.

The growing popularity of the Territory Hybrid reflects increasing consumer interest in electrified mobility solutions that offer lower fuel consumption without requiring significant changes in driving habits.

Ford Philippines said the milestone supports its broader electrification strategy while reinforcing the Territory nameplate’s strong position in the local automotive market. The company continues to expand customer support through digital and after-sales services, including online booking, mobile servicing, vehicle pickup and delivery, and express service programs.

The Ford Territory Hybrid is currently available with a starting price of PHP 1.399 million for the Trend variant, with promotional offers available throughout June.
