Globe leaders at the latest The Blueprint by Globe, where the company unveiled new initiatives designed to make connectivity more convenient, rewarding, and personalized for customers.
Globe is expanding its customer experience strategy through new technologies, partnerships, and personalized services unveiled in the latest edition of The Blueprint, with a focus on delivering greater convenience, value, and relevant experiences.
The August Blueprint builds on Globe’s earlier events, which highlighted how connectivity helps Filipinos work, learn, earn, move, and stay connected. This time, the company is focusing on helping customers get more value from their connectivity through easier access to services, personalized offers, and digital lifestyle experiences.

“Connectivity means different things at different moments for every customer,” said KD Dizon, Globe Chief Marketing Officer. “Our goal is to understand those moments and make the Globe experience work around them.”
More rewards and digital experiences
Globe also introduced Globe Circle, a program recognizing customers who use both Globe mobile and home connectivity services. Members can receive additional benefits, rewards, and experiences across their relationship with Globe.
The company is also bringing new digital lifestyle partnerships and offers involving ReelShort, Strava, and Meta AI, giving customers more ways to access entertainment, fitness, and AI-powered experiences through their Globe connection.
New roaming and home internet offers are also designed to provide greater flexibility for customers traveling abroad or staying connected at home.
Expanding sustainable mobility
Globe highlighted Green GSM, an all-electric ride-hailing service that uses VinFast electric vehicles. The initiative provides customers with a lower-emission mobility option while supporting drivers participating in the transition to electric transportation.
Meanwhile, TM is marking its 25th anniversary with nationwide TeaM Fair caravans featuring games, activities, and prizes, culminating in a TeaM Fair Concert on September 12 featuring Dionela and SB19.
Through these initiatives, Globe is positioning connectivity as more than basic access to communications services, expanding it into a platform for personalized digital experiences, rewards, entertainment, mobility, and everyday convenience.
