Grab Philippines is expanding its GrabCoins rewards program, giving users more ways to earn and redeem points across rides, food deliveries, grocery purchases and cashless payments through the Grab app.
Users can earn GrabCoins from eligible GrabCar bookings, GrabFood and GrabMart orders, GrabPay transactions and selected in-app activities. The coins can then be redeemed for vouchers or discounts on eligible rides, deliveries, grocery purchases and in-store payments.
GrabUnlimited members receive enhanced rewards on eligible cashless transactions, earning 6 GrabCoins for every ₱100 spent through GrabPay and 3 GrabCoins for every ₱100 spent using other cashless payment methods.
The platform is also introducing Double Coins Days, a monthly promotion running from the 23rd to the 25th of each month. During the promotion, users can earn twice the GrabCoins on selected transactions, with participating offers listed on the GrabCoins homepage.
GrabCoins can be redeemed through the GrabCoins catalogue or applied directly to eligible GrabCar, GrabFood and GrabMart transactions using the GrabCoins toggle feature. Users can also use their coins when making in-store QR Ph payments through GrabPay.
GrabCoins remain valid for six months from the date they are earned. Users can monitor their balance and browse available rewards directly through the Grab app.
The expanded program highlights how Grab is using its integrated digital platform and cashless payment ecosystem to connect everyday transactions with a unified rewards experience.
