HONOR has launched the HONOR Magic V6 in the Philippines, combining an ultra-slim foldable design with a 6,660mAh silicon-carbon battery, flagship performance, AI-powered features, and enhanced durability.

The HONOR Magic V6 is now available for pre-order at Php 119,999 from August 25 to September 4, 2026.

“The future of foldable technology is about pushing boundaries without asking users to compromise,” said Stephen Cheng, Vice President of HONOR Philippines. “With the HONOR Magic V6, we set out to deliver a foldable experience that brings together a refined design and dependable durability.”

Ultra-slim foldable built for durability

The Magic V6 measures just 8.75mm when folded and 4.0mm when unfolded in its white variant, while weighing approximately 219g.

At the center of its durability is the HONOR Super Steel Hinge, which has a tensile strength of 2,800MPa. An AI-assisted bionic cushioning system helps absorb impact and distribute force during drops and everyday use.

The inner display uses UTG flexible glass, while the outer screen features HONOR’s Anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield. The device is also rated IP68 and IP69 under IEC 60529 standards for resistance to dust, water, and high-pressure sprays.

The foldable features a 6.52-inch outer display and 7.95-inch inner display, both with adaptive 1–120Hz refresh rates. The outer screen can reach up to 6,000 nits, while the inner display reaches 5,000 nits. Both displays also support 4320Hz PWM dimming.

6,660mAh battery powers flagship performance

One of the Magic V6’s major hardware highlights is its 6,660mAh HONOR Silicon-carbon Battery, which HONOR describes as the largest battery used in a foldable smartphone. The battery has around 25% silicon content and an energy density of 921Wh/L.

The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform, built on a 3nm process, alongside LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

HONOR says its full-stack Vulkan graphics engine enables support for 120 FPS gaming on the large inner display. The phone also supports 80W wired and 66W wireless HONOR SuperCharge, as well as wireless reverse charging.

AI-powered cameras and productivity

The Magic V6 features the HONOR AI Falcon Camera System, headlined by a 50MP Ultra Light Sensitive Main Camera, a 64MP Ultra Sensing Periscope Telephoto Camera with a 1/2-inch sensor and CIPA 6.5-stop image stabilization, and a 50MP Ultra-Wide Camera.

AI-powered imaging tools include AI Color Engine, Magic Color 2.0, Magic Video Color, and AI Image to Video 2.0, designed to assist with image optimization, color grading, and creative content generation.

Running on MagicOS 10, the Magic V6 also introduces HONOR AI Agents such as AI Settings Agent, AI Photos Agent, AI Suggestion, and AI Screen Suggestions. These tools are designed to provide contextual assistance for tasks including content creation, meetings, intent recognition, and on-screen actions.

For multitasking, Fast Flex activates dual split-screen mode through a folding motion, while PC-level Multi-Flex enables three-app multitasking on the inner display and supports handling files larger than 1GB.

The device also supports cross-device connectivity with iPhone, Mac, AirPods, and Apple Watch through HONOR Share, including file transfers, notification sharing, and dual-screen Mac workflows. Quick Share is also supported for app-free file transfers between Android and compatible Apple devices.

Google Gemini brings AI assistance on the go

The HONOR Magic V6 integrates Google Gemini, allowing users to interact through text, voice, or images. Gemini Live can use the phone’s camera or screen to provide contextual assistance, while connected apps can help users manage schedules, to-do lists, and other tasks.

Buyers also receive a three-month trial of Google AI Pro at no cost, which includes access to features such as Gemini, Veo 3.1 video generation, Nano Banana Pro image generation, Flow, NotebookLM, and 5TB of cloud storage.

The HONOR Magic V6 is available in Red, Gold, and White and is now open for pre-order at HONOR Experience and Partner Stores, as well as online.
