inDrive partner drivers received both minor and major prizes during the event, as part of the company’s incentive and recognition program for top-performing drivers.
Ride-hailing platform inDrive is strengthening its presence in the Philippines TNVS sector with a driver-focused initiative that combines financial incentives, electric vehicle rewards, and professional training programs aimed at improving earnings and service quality.
Through its Platinum Driver Campaign, inDrive distributed over ₱2 million worth of incentives, fuel vouchers, and prizes to top-performing partner drivers across Metro Manila, Cebu, and Bacolod. A weekly raffle during the program period saw 319 winners receive laptops and fuel support, while major prizes included a BYD Seal 5 DMi car, an M25 EV motorbike, and sari-sari store packages designed to help drivers build additional income streams.

According to inDrive Philippines Driver Operations Lead Vanessa Taqueban, the initiative was created to recognize drivers who continue working despite challenges such as traffic congestion and rising fuel costs, while encouraging improved performance and customer service.
The company reported strong expansion in its driver base, with active drivers more than doubling compared to the previous year. It also noted a 130% increase in Platinum-level performers and an estimated 12% rise in weekly driver earnings linked to the incentive program.
Beyond rewards, inDrive is also expanding support systems through its Green Zone program, which reduces commission rates to as low as 1% in high-demand areas, allowing drivers to retain up to 99% of their earnings.
To further strengthen workforce capability, inDrive is partnering with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to launch a Driver Academy, providing upskilling and training aimed at improving safety, service quality, and long-term earning potential.
inDrive Philippines Country Manager Sofia Guinto said the company aims to continue building a strong driver community through fair incentives, financial support, and skills development as the platform expands nationwide.
