Manulife Philippines has been named one of HR Asia’s 2026 Best Companies to Work for in Asia, while also receiving the Tech Empowerment Award and People Transformation Award for its workplace technology initiatives and employee development programs.
The awards were presented in Pasay City on October 6, 2026, recognizing the company’s efforts to strengthen employee engagement, workplace innovation, continuous learning, and well-being.
Manulife Philippines earned the Tech Empowerment Award for integrating generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) capabilities into employees’ daily work to support collaboration and productivity. The People Transformation Award recognized its investment in workforce development through its Pursuit learning platform, LinkedIn Learning, and programs focused on inclusion, wellness, and employee engagement.

The company was also named a finalist in two categories at the HR Excellence Awards Singapore 2026: Excellence in Leadership Development and Excellence in Total Rewards Strategy.
The recognitions highlight Manulife Philippines’ approach to combining technology adoption, skills development, and employee experience as it prepares its workforce for evolving workplace demands.
