The OPPO Reno16 Series 5G is positioning its camera and AI-powered creative features as tools for K-pop fans looking to capture concerts, fan meetups and moments with fellow fans.
The smartphone recently documented the OPPO x BABYMONSTER Global Fan Meet Up in Indonesia, showcasing its camera capabilities across artist photos, fan reactions and group moments.
At the center of the experience is OPPO’s Pocket Studio, which combines camera hardware with shooting and AI-powered creative features. The OPPO Reno16 5G features a 50MP Telephoto Portrait Camera with 3.5x optical zoom, allowing users to capture subjects from a distance, alongside a 50MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera.
For video, StableCam is designed to produce smoother footage during handheld shooting. The phone supports 4K video recording on both its rear and front cameras, while 4K Auto Straighten Video helps keep footage properly framed.
Fans can also use Dual-View Video 2.0 to record two perspectives simultaneously, capturing both the event and their reactions in a single video.
For group photos, OPPO Bubble with Camera Remote View allows users to remotely preview and control the camera from up to 10 meters away. The feature supports framing from 0.6x to 3.5x and timers of up to 10 seconds, and works with supported iPhones.
The Reno16 Series 5G also includes creative tools such as AI Remix Collage, Motion Photo Popout 2.0 and Pop Cam, giving users additional ways to edit and stylize photos for social media.
The OPPO Reno16 Series 5G is now available in the Philippines, offering K-pop fans and other content creators a smartphone-based toolkit for capturing and creating content around live events.
