By upgrading its Smart Stores in Urdaneta, Dagupan, and East Ortigas, Smart is enhancing customer access to reliable connectivity, digital services, and personalized support, helping individuals and businesses stay connected while enabling seamless communication, online transactions, and everyday digital experiences.
Smart Communications is strengthening its customer experience strategy through the launch and upgrade of Smart Stores in Pangasinan and Pasig City, transforming its retail locations into modern digital hubs that provide easier access to connectivity solutions and customer support.

The telco has enhanced its presence at SM Urdaneta and SM Dagupan in Pangasinan, a key growth market driven by increasing demand for mobile and digital services. The upgraded stores aim to bring reliable connectivity, digital solutions, and personalized assistance closer to local communities, supporting individuals, families, and businesses.
Smart has also expanded its footprint in Metro Manila with a refreshed Smart Store at SM City East Ortigas. Designed as a customer-centric digital hub, the store offers services such as prepaid and postpaid SIM activation, mobile plan subscriptions, device sales, account management, technical support, reloading services, and access to digital products.
According to Smart, the upgraded retail locations are designed to provide a more seamless customer journey through hands-on demonstrations, on-site assistance, and faster issue resolution. The initiative forms part of the broader customer experience transformation of the PLDT Group, which combines enhanced service channels with ongoing investments in network infrastructure.
The retail expansion also complements the company’s continued upgrades to its LTE and 5G networks in 2026, aimed at supporting rising mobile data consumption and improving connectivity reliability across the country.
By modernizing both its physical stores and network infrastructure, Smart seeks to deliver a more connected and digitally empowered experience for Filipino consumers.
