Boomi has announced that Australasian services provider Programmed has modernized its vendor data management using the Boomi Enterprise Platform, creating a centralized, AI-ready data foundation that improves compliance, operational efficiency, and real-time visibility across more than 18,000 active vendors.
Programmed, which provides staffing, facilities management, property maintenance, and workforce solutions across industries including mining, government, education, and infrastructure, faced challenges managing vendor information spread across multiple business units and systems. The fragmented environment led to duplicate compliance checks, inconsistent records, and increased operational risk.
Working with Boomi partner Adaptiv, Programmed implemented Boomi Data Hub and Boomi Integration alongside the Rapid Global vendor onboarding and compliance platform to establish a single source of truth for vendor information.
The solution centralizes vendor profiles, compliance status, certifications, and insurance records into a governed “golden record,” while near-real-time synchronization ensures teams across procurement, finance, compliance, and operations access the latest vendor information. Boomi’s Data Hub also automatically detects and isolates inconsistent records before they affect downstream systems, improving data quality and governance.
Boomi Integration connects Rapid Global with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and work order management systems, reducing manual data entry and streamlining vendor onboarding, procurement, and operational workflows.
To improve scalability, Adaptiv leveraged Boomi Event Streams to optimize API processing for Microsoft D365 integrations, reducing execution complexity while simplifying monitoring and troubleshooting.
The implementation provides Programmed with a scalable digital foundation that supports future integrations while demonstrating how governed enterprise data can strengthen AI readiness, procurement efficiency, and enterprise-wide decision-making.
