Canon has launched eight new imagePROGRAF TM Series models, introducing the lineup’s first multifunction printers (MFPs) with built-in large-format scanners for offices, engineering firms, and print shops.

The new range comprises six printer models—the TM-5500, TM-5600, TM-5510, TM-5515, TM-5610, and TM-5615—and two MFPs: the 36-inch TM-5610M and 24-inch TM-5510M.
Designed for compact workspaces, the new MFPs combine printing, copying, and scanning in a footprint comparable to printer-only models. Their front-access design also simplifies operation, while the flat top accommodates original documents for scanning.
For improved scan quality, Canon has incorporated dual-sided light sources to help minimize shadows, wrinkles, and creases. Dedicated presets for CAD drawings, blueprints, and maps further support technical and engineering workflows.
The series features five-colour pigment ink with a new matte black formulation, delivering deeper blacks, sharper lines, and precise text for technical drawings. New colour-mapping technology also produces vivid poster prints, including on plain paper.
Canon has incorporated sustainability measures into the printer bodies, which use approximately 5% recycled iron and 25% recycled plastic.
The new imagePROGRAF TM Series aims to streamline large-format printing and document digitization while delivering detailed technical output and vibrant graphics in space-conscious environments.
