Eastern Communications recognized its employees’ dedication and valuable contributions during its annual Araw ng Parangal, held on October 12, 2026.

Eastern Communications has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year, highlighting its commitment to employee engagement, collaboration, and professional development as it expands its telecommunications and information and communications technology (ICT) services.

The recognition reflects the company’s “High Tech, High Touch” philosophy, which combines technological innovation with a people-centered approach to workplace culture.

As Eastern expands its services across connectivity, networking, cybersecurity, cloud and data center solutions, and business applications, the company emphasizes the importance of equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to the evolving digital landscape.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do,” said Atty. Aileen Regio, Co-Coordinator of Eastern Communications, underscoring the company’s commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to grow.

Through learning opportunities, cross-team collaboration, employee recognition, and engagement initiatives, Eastern aims to help its workforce develop new capabilities while supporting the company’s digital transformation.

The recognition also complements other employer branding and employee engagement distinctions the company received this year, reinforcing its efforts to build a workplace that attracts and retains talent.

The achievement is part of Eastern’s “Dare to Soar” campaign, which encourages employees to embrace new technologies, develop their skills, and explore opportunities for growth.

“Dare to Soar starts within. We want our people to see Eastern not only as a place where they work, but as a place where they can learn, contribute, and pursue what they are capable of,” said Jaeson Evangelista, Co-Coordinator of Eastern Communications.

By investing in its people alongside its technology portfolio, Eastern aims to strengthen the workforce behind the digital services connecting businesses and communities.
