Globe Telecom unveiled a suite of new digital connectivity and AI-powered services designed to help Filipinos navigate ongoing economic and energy challenges during its “Keep Going with Globe” media briefing held on May 26, 2026, at The Globe Tower.
One of the major highlights was the launch of Globe Cloud, the company’s own cloud storage platform that offers affordable backup solutions for files and photos. The service includes AI-powered editing tools and a Flashback feature aimed at making digital memory preservation more accessible to users.
Globe also introduced AI Fiesta, a unified platform that provides budget-friendly access to multiple artificial intelligence models without requiring costly subscriptions. Designed for students, creators, SMEs, and entrepreneurs, the platform allows users to access various AI tools through a single “sachet”-style service, streamlining productivity and reducing costs.
In social connectivity, Globe launched Instagram Basic, enabling users to purchase promos and top up mobile data directly within the app. The service also includes data loan features through an in-app Mobile Center, positioning it as a digital support tool during connectivity interruptions.
Meanwhile, Globe Prepaid, Postpaid, and Platinum customers can now access emergency loans, roaming support, and rewards conversion options for essentials such as food and fuel, transforming telecommunications services into broader emergency support systems.
Under its Globe AT HOME brand, the company also highlighted efforts to digitize traditional marketplaces through GFiber Prepaid and GCash integration, providing free WiFi access and enabling cashless payments for vendors and consumers.
For businesses, Globe Telecom introduced Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GE CX), an AI-powered customer engagement solution featuring conversational shopping assistants and virtual concierge capabilities. GFiber plans for enterprises will also include free vulnerability assessment scans to strengthen cybersecurity readiness.
The company additionally launched GoSafe under its Globe of Good campaign, focusing on digital safety through site-blocking, content filtering, and educational initiatives.

KD Dizon, Chief Marketing Officer of Globe Enterprise, emphasized that modern connectivity now extends beyond internet access to supporting resilience, business growth, and community well-being.
With its latest rollout, Globe Telecom positions connectivity as an integrated ecosystem that combines AI, cybersecurity, financial support, and digital inclusion to help Filipinos stay connected and future-ready.
