PLDT Inc. and Smart Communications, Inc. earned top honors at the LinkedIn Talent Awards Philippines, underscoring their continued investment in artificial intelligence (AI) skills development, digital learning, and employer branding.

PLDT and Smart received the Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn award in the category for organizations with more than 10,000 employees on LinkedIn. The recognition highlights the Group’s purpose-driven employer branding campaign, #MakeItMeaningful, which showcases authentic employee stories and promotes a culture centered on learning, innovation, and meaningful work.
Smart was also named a Finalist for AI Pioneer: Learning Champion in the category for organizations with 5,000 to 10,000 employees, recognizing its efforts to equip employees with AI and emerging digital skills needed in today’s evolving workplace.
