EastWest Ageas has been named a Great Place To Work® Certified™ company for the second consecutive year after receiving an 85% satisfaction rating from its head office employees and field sales personnel—20 points above the average employer score.
The certification, awarded by Great Place To Work®, recognizes organizations that foster strong workplace culture, positive employee experiences, and leadership practices that support innovation and long-term business growth.
EastWest Ageas attributed the recognition to its people-first workplace initiatives, including its WFH 2.0 hybrid work program, which requires employees to report on-site twice a week while providing greater flexibility to balance professional and personal responsibilities.
The insurer also invests in employee development through training programs and encourages staff to contribute ideas and lead initiatives within their respective teams. According to the company, 94% of employees said they felt welcomed when they joined the organization, while its time-to-fill hiring rate improved from 50% to 69% over the past year.
Great Place To Work research shows that certified organizations are more likely to attract and retain talent, with employees reporting higher levels of trust, fairness, workplace engagement, and opportunities for career growth.
