Rimini Street has launched Rimini Govern for AI, a managed service designed to help enterprises securely deploy, monitor, govern, and scale AI agents across mission-critical software and business systems.
Delivered 24/7/365 through Rimini Street’s Global Command Centers, the service provides a centralized control plane for AI agents. It monitors agent activity, workflows, security events, compliance status, performance, and operational costs while enforcing governance and security controls.
The service is designed to address a growing challenge as companies move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale Agentic AI adoption: maintaining visibility and control over autonomous software agents operating across different platforms and business processes.
Rimini Govern for AI can also verify that agents perform only authorized activities, provide audit capabilities, measure AI-agent ROI, and support rapid intervention when operational or security issues arise. Rimini Street AI engineers provide root-cause analysis and remediation support to help minimize disruption to AI-enabled workflows.
The offering follows a three-phase deployment model covering planning, implementation, and ongoing operations. Rimini Street says the service can become fully operational within weeks, beginning with assessments of an organization’s AI readiness, governance priorities, and deployment roadmap.
The company is positioning Rimini Govern for AI as part of a broader Agentic AI portfolio that includes Rimini Agentworks, which supports AI agent design and deployment, and Rimini Agentic UX, which adds AI-driven user experiences and workflow automation to existing ERP environments.
The launch comes as enterprises face increasing pressure to establish governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems. Rimini Street cited a Gartner prediction that by 2027, 40% of enterprises will demote or decommission autonomous AI agents because of governance gaps discovered after production incidents.
By combining AI-agent monitoring, governance, security, compliance, and cost measurement into a managed service, Rimini Street aims to help organizations move AI agents into production while maintaining greater operational control and accountability.
