Music streaming giant Spotify has launched “Spotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s),” a new in-app interactive experience that lets users revisit their personal music listening history as the platform celebrates 20 years of music discovery.
The feature gives listeners access to personalized milestones and listening insights, including the exact date they joined Spotify, the first song they streamed, their most-played artist of all time, and the total number of unique songs they have listened to throughout their Spotify journey.

As part of the experience, users also receive a customized “All-Time Top Songs” playlist containing their 120 most-streamed tracks, complete with play counts and sharing options for social media.
Spotify said the campaign highlights how music streaming has evolved into a digital memory archive, capturing personal moments ranging from heartbreak playlists and late-night sessions to road trips and favorite artists. The experience also includes shareable social cards aimed at encouraging community engagement and nostalgia-driven content online.
To further mark the anniversary celebration, Spotify temporarily redesigned its mobile app icon into a green disco ball-inspired logo, adding a festive visual element for users worldwide.
Listeners can access the experience by searching “Spotify 20” or “Party of the Year(s)” within the Spotify app or through Spotify 20 Experience on mobile devices.
