SQREEM Technologies, an AI-powered behavioural intelligence and data analytics company, has been appointed to Singapore’s Whole-of-Government Digital Consumption Analytics Services Period Contract and Framework Agreement (2nd Edition).
Administered by Singapore’s Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI), the framework allows participating government agencies to access digital consumption analytics services to support research, communications planning, and decision-making.
Under the agreement, SQREEM will provide its digital behavioural intelligence capabilities, using artificial intelligence to analyse large-scale behavioural signals across the open web. Its technology helps organisations understand audience behaviour, content consumption patterns, emerging interests, online trends, and demographic and geographic patterns.
The analytics can also help identify digital sources influencing online attention, giving government agencies additional insights into how audiences engage with information and how digital behaviour changes over time.
“We are pleased to have been appointed to this Whole-of-Government framework,” said René Raiss, founder of SQREEM Technologies, highlighting Singapore’s use of technology and data to support informed decision-making.
SQREEM said its analytics technology is designed to provide deeper insights into digital behaviour while operating within applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
The appointment builds on the company’s work with organisations across Asia Pacific, using AI, behavioural intelligence, and data analytics to support audience research, communications strategies, and strategic planning.
