TCL, known globally for its display technology and television products, has officially entered the Philippine smartphone market with three new devices: the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra, NXTPAPER 70 Pro, and K70 Power 4G.
The new lineup brings TCL’s proprietary NXTPAPER 4.0 display technology to smartphones, combining hardware and software features designed to reduce eye strain while maintaining vivid colors and sharp visuals. The technology is positioned for users who spend extended periods reading, working, streaming, or scrolling on their devices.
Leading the lineup is the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra, which features a large 7.2-inch 120Hz FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 display and is powered by the D7400 Elite chipset. It runs Android 16 and comes with 12GB RAM, 512GB storage, microSD expansion of up to 2TB, and a 5,200mAh battery with 33W charging.
For imaging, the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra features a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP 3x telephoto camera with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 32MP front camera. It also supports dual SIM or SIM-plus-eSIM configurations.

The NXTPAPER 70 Pro offers a 6.9-inch 120Hz FHD+ NXTPAPER 4.0 display and is powered by the D7300 chipset. It comes with 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, up to 2TB microSD expansion, and a 5,200mAh battery with 33W charging. Its camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP autofocus ultrawide camera, and a 32MP selfie camera.

Completing the lineup is the K70 Power 4G, designed primarily for users who prioritize battery endurance. The device features a 6.75-inch 120Hz display, a MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra chipset, 4GB RAM with an additional 8GB extended RAM, 128GB storage, and microSD expansion of up to 2TB.
The K70 Power 4G packs a 5,200mAh battery and supports 18W charging. It also features a 50MP main-and-macro camera system, an 8MP front camera, dual speakers, and Android 16.
TCL is also highlighting AI-powered productivity features across its NXTPAPER devices, targeting professionals, content creators, and consumers who want to combine productivity and entertainment on a more eye-friendly display.
The three smartphones are available through Shopee in the Philippines. Introductory prices are ₱35,995 for the NXTPAPER 60 Ultra (12GB+512GB), ₱22,995 for the NXTPAPER 70 Pro (8GB+256GB), and ₱9,495 for the K70 Power 4G (4GB+128GB).
