TCL welcomed its first batch of B2B partners to its Guangzhou air-conditioning facility in China for a firsthand look at the advanced technology, precision engineering, and automated production lines behind its air-conditioning systems.
TCL Electronics welcomed its first batch of Philippine business-to-business (B2B) dealers to its Guangzhou, China, air-conditioning manufacturing facility on September 23–24, 2026, offering a firsthand look at the automation, engineering, and quality-control technologies behind its residential and commercial cooling systems.
The two-day factory tour introduced dealers to TCL’s Guangzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base, which houses three flexible, highly automated factories, 15 research and development laboratories, and 10 intelligent production lines. The facility integrates automated manufacturing, precision engineering, and product testing to support the production of air-conditioning systems for homes and commercial establishments.
During the visit, dealers learned how intelligent climate controls, engineering processes, and durability testing contribute to the development of TCL’s cooling solutions. The experience also aimed to help Philippine partners better understand product capabilities, answer customer questions, and recommend systems suited to different cooling requirements.
TCL said it has produced more than 100 million air conditioners over the past five years, reflecting the scale of its manufacturing operations. Its global production network includes facilities in China, Brazil, Argentina, and Indonesia, with new manufacturing facilities planned in Pakistan and Thailand over the next two years.
“Our investment in smart manufacturing is driven by our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality air conditioning solutions to customers around the world, including the Philippines,” said Randy Benito A. Raguero, business development manager of TCL Philippines.
The Guangzhou visit is part of a broader dealer engagement program scheduled throughout the fourth quarter of 2026. TCL expects to bring up to 600 dealers and industry stakeholders to the manufacturing hub as it strengthens local partnerships and expands its commercial air-conditioning business.
By providing direct exposure to its manufacturing processes, TCL aims to deepen dealers’ technical knowledge and confidence in representing its air-conditioning products in the Philippine market.
