TP in the Philippines is reinforcing its commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion as employees participated in the annual LOVELAB4N 2026 Pride March at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
Led by the TP Pride Network, employees joined advocates, allies and partner organizations under the theme “Built on Pride, United in Belonging,” supporting equality, dignity and human rights during the six-kilometer march from University Avenue to Congressional Avenue.
The company also saw employees participate in Pride March activities in Baguio, Cebu, Bacolod and Davao, extending its inclusion efforts beyond Metro Manila.
Building an inclusive workplace
Beyond Pride Month activities, TP continues to promote workplace inclusion through programs designed to encourage dialogue and community engagement. These include Pride Forum and Queertuhan sessions, which provide opportunities for employees to discuss issues and experiences relevant to LGBTQIA+ communities.
The initiatives form part of TP’s broader effort to foster a workplace culture centered on belonging, while encouraging employees to participate in conversations around diversity and inclusion.
