Receiving the trophies at the awards night are (from left) TP Marketing Director Nash Frias, SVP for Operations Patrick Lopez, VP for Human Resources Rachel Cacabelos, Chief Executive Officer Rahul Jolly, SVP for Operations Joy Raymundo, and VP for Learning & Development Inkee Hidalgo.

TP in the Philippines has been recognized as the Sustainability Impact Company of the Year at the 2026 SOLAIA Awards, highlighting the company’s efforts in integrating sustainability, artificial intelligence (AI), and responsible business practices across its operations.

The award recognizes organizations in the Philippine IT-BPM sector that demonstrate excellence in innovation, sustainability, talent development, and business transformation. TP was also named a finalist in three other categories: AI Impact Award, Company for Regional Development of the Year, and Talent Transformation Program of the Year.

According to TP Philippines CEO Rahul Jolly, sustainability is embedded in the company’s long-term strategy, driving innovation while creating value for employees, clients, communities, and the broader economy.

The company currently employs nearly 60,000 people across 26 sites nationwide, with a strong presence in provincial locations that support countryside development and expand access to quality employment.

TP continues to invest in workforce transformation through leadership development, employee wellness programs, and career mobility initiatives. It also promotes diversity and inclusion through programs supporting women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, persons with disabilities, students, and returning overseas Filipino workers.

On the environmental front, TP reported that 63% of its energy consumption in 2025 came from renewable sources. The company also achieved a 77% reduction in carbon emissions per employee compared to 2019 levels and saved over 33,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity during Earth Hour 2025.

The recognition reinforces TP’s growing role in shaping the future of digital business services through AI-enabled innovation, sustainable operations, and people-first transformation while supporting several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
