Global technology company Zoho Corporation is strengthening its presence in the Philippines as businesses accelerate digital transformation and adopt AI-powered enterprise software to support growth, productivity, and security.
At the 2026 Zoho User Conference (Zoholics) in Manila, the company unveiled the next phase of its AI strategy, introducing Zia Agents—autonomous AI agents designed to automate business processes across sales, customer support, HR, IT, and other enterprise functions.

The launch comes as the Philippine government advances its digital transformation agenda and promotes responsible AI adoption ahead of the country’s 2026 ASEAN Chairmanship, creating greater demand for scalable and secure cloud-based business platforms.
Zoho reported a 21% year-on-year revenue growth in the Philippines in 2025 and surpassed one million paying customers worldwide in early 2026, reflecting increasing adoption of its integrated software ecosystem.
A key highlight is Zia Agent Studio, a no-code and low-code platform that enables businesses and developers to build customized AI agents, alongside an Agent Marketplace where organizations can deploy ready-made AI agents across the Zoho ecosystem.
The company also showcased the latest evolution of Zoho One, its unified business platform that now integrates AI capabilities through Ask Zia, allowing users to access contextual insights and automate workflows across more than 50 business applications from a single platform.
Zoho said its AI strategy prioritizes customer privacy by ensuring business data is not used to train generic AI models. Its proprietary Zia large language model (LLM) is hosted within Zoho’s own data centers, giving organizations greater control over data governance while enabling secure AI adoption.
As enterprises look to modernize operations without increasing technology complexity, Zoho is positioning its integrated platform, agentic AI capabilities, and privacy-first approach as a foundation for AI-ready businesses in the Philippines.
