Anne Curtis explored Shanghai’s iconic landmarks through the lens of the vivo X300 Ultra, showcasing the smartphone’s advanced imaging capabilities during a global campaign shoot with fashion photographer BJ Pascual.
The shoot featured two contrasting locations—the futuristic North Bund skyline and the historic Shikumen neighborhood in Huangpu District—highlighting Shanghai’s mix of modern architecture and cultural heritage while demonstrating the versatility of smartphone photography.

At the North Bund’s Silver Egg landmark, Curtis tested the vivo X300 Ultra’s 200-megapixel 85mm ZEISS Gimbal-Grade APO Telephoto Camera by capturing a detailed image of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower from a distance. She praised the device’s ability to zoom in on the landmark while maintaining clarity and detail.

The campaign continued at Shikumen, a heritage area known for its traditional stone-gate architecture and pedestrian streets. Curtis highlighted how the location provided a unique setting for capturing both cultural elements and creative photography.
Photographed by BJ Pascual, the campaign combined fashion, travel, and street photography to demonstrate how the vivo X300 Ultra can adapt to different environments and shooting styles.
According to vivo Philippines Brand Marketing Director Liu Lu, Shanghai’s combination of contemporary structures and historic neighborhoods provided an ideal backdrop to showcase the smartphone’s imaging capabilities, including its ability to preserve detail, depth, and perspective across various scenes.
The vivo X300 Ultra features a ZEISS imaging system with a 200-megapixel 85mm ZEISS Gimbal-Grade APO Telephoto Camera, a 200-megapixel 35mm ZEISS Documentary Camera, and a 50-megapixel 14mm ZEISS Ultra Wide-Angle Camera. The system is designed for professional-style photography across portraits, street scenes, landscapes, and documentary-style content.
The vivo X300 Ultra is now available in vivo concept stores nationwide and through the vivo e-store for PHP 109,999.
