Ford Philippines is celebrating the first anniversary of the Ford Territory Hybrid, highlighting strong customer adoption and sales growth that have positioned the full hybrid small SUV as one of the country’s leading electrified vehicles.

The Philippines became the first market within Ford’s International Markets Group to launch the Territory Hybrid in 2025, following the continued popularity of the Territory nameplate since its local introduction in 2020.

Ford introduced two Territory Hybrid variants—the Titanium X and Trend—with a starting retail price of ₱1,399,000, targeting first-time car buyers, young professionals, and families looking for a practical transition to electrified mobility.

The vehicle achieved a major sales milestone by surpassing 1,000 customers within three months of launch. According to data from the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI), the Territory Hybrid recorded 2,760 units sold from January to June 2026, making it the best-selling small utility hybrid vehicle in the country.

Since its August 2025 launch, total sales have reached 4,405 units, reflecting growing demand for hybrid vehicles that combine fuel efficiency, technology, and everyday practicality.

“The success of the Territory Hybrid isn’t measured solely by sales, but by the growing community of owners who make it part of their daily commute,” said Pedro Simoes, Managing Director of Ford Philippines.

The Ford Territory Hybrid combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine, an electric motor, and a two-speed dedicated hybrid transmission. The system delivers fuel efficiency of up to 19.6 km/L while using regenerative braking to recharge the battery, eliminating the need for external charging.

Beyond efficiency, the SUV features advanced driver-assistance technologies, spacious interiors, and a refined driving experience designed for Filipino lifestyles. Ford said these capabilities have helped attract customers seeking a more sustainable vehicle without the charging requirements of a fully electric vehicle.

To celebrate the milestone, Ford Philippines launched the #OneTerritoryHybrid campaign, encouraging owners to share their experiences and stories with the vehicle. Customers have highlighted benefits including quieter driving, fuel savings, practicality, and reduced environmental impact.

As the Territory Hybrid enters its second year in the Philippine market, Ford Philippines said it will continue focusing on delivering vehicles that combine electrification, performance, and convenience for local customers.
