Geely Motor Philippines has officially unveiled the all-new Geely EX2 at the 2026 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS), positioning the model as a bold new entry in the country’s growing electric vehicle market.

Built on Geely’s Global Energy Architecture (GEA) intelligent new energy platform, the EX2 represents the brand’s latest push in electrification. In China, the model has already recorded strong momentum, with monthly sales exceeding 50,000 units and recognition as a top-selling model across categories in 2025.
A key differentiator of the EX2 is its rear-wheel-drive configuration paired with a multi-link independent rear suspension—an uncommon setup in its segment. This engineering choice enhances handling balance, cornering response, and overall driving stability. Performance metrics include a 4.95-meter turning radius, 36.9-meter braking distance from 100 km/h, and a 73.5 km/h moose test rating, signaling strong real-world driving dynamics.
Powering the vehicle is Geely’s Eleven-in-One E-Drive system, producing 85 kW and 150 Nm of torque with an efficiency rating of 89.2%. The compact integrated design reduces weight by 36 kilograms while optimizing cabin and storage space.
Space efficiency is a major highlight of the EX2, featuring a 70-liter front trunk, 375-liter rear cargo capacity expandable to 1,320 liters, and multiple interior storage solutions. Rear passengers benefit from 890 mm of legroom and a flat floor layout, enhancing comfort typically found in higher vehicle segments.
The EX2 is equipped with a 39.4 kWh CATL LFP battery offering up to 325 kilometers of WLTP range. It supports 70 kW DC fast charging, allowing a 30% to 80% charge in approximately 25 minutes, supported by advanced thermal management and a reinforced battery structure.
Inside, the EV runs on Flyme Auto, featuring a 14.6-inch infotainment display and an 8.8-inch digital cluster. Driver assistance systems include Level 2 autonomy features such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, and a 540-degree camera system for improved urban visibility.
The EX2 aligns with Geely’s global electrification roadmap under its Smart Geely 2025 and Five by Five strategy, further expanding its EV lineup in the Philippines alongside the EX5 EM-i.
The Geely EX2 is now open for reservation at MIAS 2026 with a ₱5,000 deposit.
