Lenovo is expanding its Security Services portfolio in the Philippines, introducing an end-to-end cyber resiliency framework designed to help organizations manage increasingly sophisticated AI-driven threats while reducing security complexity and operational disruption.
The move comes as Philippine organizations accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation across banking, healthcare, retail, business process outsourcing, government and other sectors. Lenovo cited research showing that 90% of IT leaders acknowledge gaps in their ability to defend against AI-driven threats.
From fragmented security to unified resilience
Lenovo’s expanded framework brings together trusted devices, security technologies, managed services and ecosystem partners under a single operational model. The company said the approach can help reduce system downtime by up to 50% and remediation costs by up to 40%.
The framework covers identity and access management, data protection, extended detection and response, visibility and risk management, and security for AI. It integrates with technology providers including Absolute, Cisco, Google, Microsoft, SentinelOne and Veeam.
For Philippine enterprises, the approach is aimed at addressing security challenges that go beyond threat detection, including business continuity, data protection and regulatory compliance.
Managed security and offline device protection
Lenovo is also launching Security Services with Absolute, a fully managed resilience offering supported by its global 24x7x365 Security Operations Center. The service is designed to maintain critical security controls across distributed workforces while reducing the burden on internal IT teams.
Another addition is Lenovo ThinkShield TraceLock, powered by Absolute Security, which provides visibility and control over lost, stolen or disconnected devices. Using built-in cellular connectivity, the solution allows IT teams to remotely locate, wake and wipe select devices, even when they are outside traditional endpoint management coverage.
ThinkShield TraceLock is available from July 1 on select ThinkPad devices, including the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 14, ThinkPad X1 2-in-1 Gen 11, ThinkPad T14s Gen 7 Intel and ThinkPad T16 Gen 5 Intel.

Lenovo said its cyber resiliency approach has also received industry recognition, including the 2026 Fortress Cybersecurity Awards and recognition from ISG Research for combining hardware trust, multilayered protection and AI-enabled operations.
