OPPO has officially launched the OPPO Reno16 Series 5G nationwide in the Philippines, positioning its latest AI Phone as a Pocket Studio built for barkada travel and content creation.
The lineup is led by the OPPO Reno16 Pro 5G, which features a 200MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera, a 50MP Ultra Wide Camera, a 50MP Telephoto Portrait Camera with up to 3.5x Optical Zoom and 120x Digital Zoom, and a 50MP Ultra-Wide Selfie Camera for groufies and wide-angle shots.
The series introduces smarter imaging tools for group travel. OPPO Bubble with Camera Remote View lets users preview and trigger the shutter remotely, ensuring everyone gets in the shot. DualCam 2.0 captures front and rear perspectives simultaneously, while StableCam with 4K Auto Straighten Video stabilizes video while on the move.
To mark the launch, OPPO partnered with the Department of Tourism for #FirstBarkadaGala, encouraging Filipinos to explore local destinations and share their barkada stories for a chance to win a ₱200,000 all-expenses-paid barkada trip plus Reno16 loaner units.
