Acer has introduced two new thin-and-light Windows 11 laptops, the Swift Blade 14 and Swift Air 16, combining portable designs with Intel Core processors, high-resolution displays and features aimed at mobile productivity and entertainment.
The Acer Swift Blade 14 weighs just 799 grams and measures as thin as 12.9 mm, making it one of Acer’s most portable laptops. It is powered by up to an Intel Core 7 processor 350, with 12 GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD storage.
For visual-focused work, the 14-inch model offers an optional 3K OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, a 90% screen-to-body ratio and a 16:10 aspect ratio. It also features a 50 Wh battery, Wi-Fi 6, three USB Type-C ports and a 2MP FHD camera with a physical camera switch.
Meanwhile, the Swift Air 16 is designed to balance portability with a larger display and additional performance features. It weighs 1.5 kg, is as thin as 13.3 mm and can be configured with up to an Intel Core 7 processor 350 with up to 40 platform TOPS and a dedicated NPU, alongside up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x memory.
The 16-inch laptop offers OLED display options with up to WQXGA+ resolution, 500 nits brightness, 100% DCI-P3 coverage and a 120 Hz refresh rate. An IPS touchscreen configuration is also available.
The Swift Air 16 includes a 70 Wh battery with fast charging, capable of reaching 50% capacity in 30 minutes using a 100W adapter. Connectivity includes dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, USB Type-A, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. Its quad-speaker system supports DTS Virtual spatial audio.
The Swift Blade 14 will be available in EMEA in December 2026, while the Swift Air 16 is scheduled to arrive in EMEA in December 2026 and North America in Q1 2027. Pricing and configurations will vary by market.
