PLDT Enterprise executives, guests, and business and government leaders gather at the Enterprise Connectivity Forum Zamboanga – Redefining Wireless Possibilities, held on September 29 at the Ibiza Ballroom of Palacio del Sur, Marcian Garden Hotel. The forum showcased connectivity and digital solutions designed to address the evolving operational needs of organizations across the Zamboanga Peninsula.

PLDT Enterprise showcased satellite internet, mobile private networks, Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and cybersecurity services to businesses and government organizations in the Zamboanga Peninsula, highlighting technologies that can support remote operations and digital transformation.

The solutions were presented at the Enterprise Connectivity Forum Zamboanga – Redefining Wireless Possibilities on September 29, 2026, at Palacio del Sur of Marcian Garden Hotel. The event gathered 75 participants from industries including fishing, agriculture, hospitality, education, government, and manufacturing.

The forum marked PLDT Enterprise’s first wireless summit dedicated to businesses in the Zamboanga Peninsula, focusing on connectivity options suited to organizations with different operational requirements.

PLDT Enterprise presented a range of connectivity solutions, including fiber, wireless services, and satellite internet powered by Starlink. As an authorized Starlink reseller in the Philippines, the company offers satellite connectivity as an option for businesses operating in remote areas where conventional internet infrastructure may be limited or unavailable.

Another featured technology was Mobile Private Network (MPN), which provides dedicated network infrastructure designed to give enterprises greater control over connectivity, performance, and security for critical operations.

The company also highlighted IoT solutions that use connected devices and real-time information to help businesses monitor assets and operations, alongside cybersecurity services intended to strengthen protection as more business processes move online.

These technologies have potential applications across the region’s key industries. Fishing operators can explore connectivity and monitoring tools for distributed operations, while agricultural businesses can use IoT for operational monitoring. Hospitality establishments and educational institutions can benefit from reliable internet infrastructure, while government offices and manufacturers can consider satellite connectivity and dedicated private networks for specific operational needs.

“For Zamboanga businesses, connectivity requirements can vary widely, especially when operations extend beyond traditional office locations. We want customers to have practical options they can match to their people, sites, and day-to-day needs,” said Josh Montecillo, head of Enterprise and International Wireless Product Management at PLDT Enterprise.

Through the forum, PLDT Enterprise aims to help regional organizations identify connectivity and digital solutions aligned with their operational needs and business growth plans.
