BIWIN has renewed its multi-year licensing agreement with Acer Incorporated, extending its role in designing, manufacturing, and distributing Acer- and Predator-branded storage and memory products worldwide.
The agreement builds on the partnership established in 2020 and covers personal storage devices, DRAM modules, and memory cards for mainstream consumers, creative professionals, and gaming enthusiasts.
Under the extended agreement, BIWIN will continue expanding Acer’s storage portfolio, including PCIe NVMe and SATA solid-state drives (SSDs), DDR4 and DDR5 memory modules, and high-speed memory cards.
Among the featured products is Acer’s FA300 series of PCIe Gen5 NVMe SSDs, which offers read speeds of up to 11,000 MB/s. The lineup also includes DDR5 memory modules supporting speeds of up to 7,200 MT/s and microSD cards designed for smartphones, cameras, and other devices.
For gamers and high-performance computing users, the Predator portfolio includes PCIe Gen4 and Gen5 NVMe SSDs, gaming DRAM modules with Intel XMP and AMD EXPO overclocking support, and portable external storage solutions.
Predator’s flagship storage products, including the GM9000 series, deliver advertised read speeds exceeding 14,000 MB/s, targeting faster game loading and large-file transfers. Selected products also feature thermal management solutions to support performance under demanding workloads.
BIWIN said the renewed agreement will support further product development, including next-generation PCIe storage and DDR memory technologies, while leveraging its manufacturing capabilities and Acer’s global brand presence.
The extended partnership reinforces the companies’ focus on delivering storage and memory solutions for everyday computing, content creation, and gaming.
