Converge ICT Solutions Inc. once again received the Five Golden Arrow rating, the highest distinction in corporate governance among publicly listed companies, at the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Golden Arrow Awards 2026 held on October 23.
Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has received the Five Golden Arrow rating for the second consecutive year, retaining the highest distinction in corporate governance awarded by the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) to publicly listed companies.
The recognition was conferred at the ICD’s Golden Arrow Awards on October 23, based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS), which evaluates corporate governance practices among publicly listed companies.
Converge first received the Five Golden Arrow rating in 2024. The company’s governance ratings have progressed from One Golden Arrow during its first year as a publicly listed company to Three Golden Arrows in 2022 and 2023, before reaching the highest distinction.
“Being awarded the top governance rating for two straight years for a young listed company highlights the trajectory of Converge from a market challenger to an industry leader anchored by rigorous governance standards,” said Estela Perlas-Bernabe, chairwoman of the Converge Board of Directors and a former senior associate justice.
Converge independent director and immediate past chairman Jose P. de Jesus said corporate governance guides the company’s operations and supports its mission to expand access to quality internet connectivity, particularly in unserved and underserved communities.
He added that as the company grows, connectivity can help create opportunities for communities, stimulate local economies, and empower people.
Atty. Laurice Esteban-Tuason, Converge’s corporate compliance, data protection, and sustainability officer, described corporate governance as a strategic tool for strengthening organizational resilience, managing risks, supporting innovation, and creating long-term value.
Converge was listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange on October 26, 2020, under the ticker symbol CNVRG. The latest recognition underscores the company’s continued focus on governance as it expands its telecommunications and digital connectivity services.
