Dongfeng Motors Philippines has launched the Dongfeng Mage EV, a full-size electric SUV offering a claimed driving range of up to 530 kilometers, priced at ₱1,398,000.

Unveiled on October 22, 2026, at the 14th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS), the Mage EV targets Filipino motorists and entrepreneurs looking for a long-range electric vehicle for personal and business use.

The electric SUV supports DC fast charging, which takes approximately 30 minutes, although the charging time may vary depending on battery conditions and charging equipment. It also features a 413-liter luggage compartment and a cabin designed for comfort and everyday practicality.

With an estimated driving cost of ₱2 per kilometer, the Mage EV is positioned as an option for daily commuters and transport network vehicle services (TNVS) operators seeking to manage operating expenses.

The launch expands Dongfeng Motors Philippines’ electrified vehicle lineup as the company strengthens its presence in the country’s growing electric mobility market.

Legado Motors Inc., the official distributor of Dongfeng vehicles in the Philippines, also offers other electric models, including the Vigo EV and Nammi EV.
