Representatives from Maya’s People Group receive their awards at the 2026 HR Asia Awards.
Maya has received three distinctions at the 2026 HR Asia Awards, including recognition for its workplace culture, employee development, and technology-driven skills training.
The Philippine digital financial services platform was named among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia for the second consecutive year. It also received the Tech Empowerment award for the second consecutive year and earned the People Transformation distinction for the first time in 2026.
Organized by Business Media International, the HR Asia Awards recognizes companies for workplace practices, employee engagement, and people development. In the Philippines, 44 companies were selected for the Best Companies to Work for in Asia award from 160 organizations surveyed.
Maya’s employee development initiatives include career and leadership programs, hands-on learning opportunities, and training in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help employees build relevant skills across different functions.
The company also uses employee feedback to improve workplace programs, alongside initiatives supporting employee well-being, recognition, and engagement.
