PayJoy Philippines and Kservico sign a commercial partnership at the PayJoy main office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, bringing together technology-enabled financing and Kservico’s retail network to expand smartphone access for more Filipinos.
PayJoy and Kservico are combining digital financing technology and retail reach to give more Filipinos access to smartphones.
PayJoy Philippines and Kservico have entered into a commercial partnership aimed at expanding access to smartphone ownership through technology-enabled financing at participating Kservico stores.
The collaboration combines PayJoy’s financing platform with Kservico’s retail network, giving customers another payment option when purchasing eligible smartphones. Kservico operates nearly 170 branches across Metro Manila and Luzon.
The partnership targets consumers who rely on smartphones not only for communication but also for work, education, entrepreneurship and digital financial services. As more everyday activities move online, both companies said access to suitable devices is becoming an important component of digital inclusion.
Financing technology meets physical retail
Customers purchasing eligible smartphones at participating Kservico branches can apply for PayJoy financing during the in-store purchase process. The companies said the arrangement is intended to make device ownership more accessible while bringing financing options closer to communities through physical retail locations.
PayJoy said its technology-enabled financing platform can complement Kservico’s established retail presence, while Kservico aims to extend smartphone access to more communities, including areas outside major urban centers.
The companies view the partnership as part of a broader effort to support digital and financial inclusion, recognizing that connectivity alone does not provide access to the digital economy without devices that consumers can use.
By combining smartphone financing with an established retail network, PayJoy and Kservico aim to provide more Filipinos with access to devices used for online learning, employment, small-business operations, digital payments and staying connected.
